To play Jersey Cash 5, you are required to pick five numbers from 1 to 45. There are just a few more steps to complete a playslip. Here's a full guide:

• Select your numbers. You can choose your own or ask for a Quick Pick.
• Mark the XTRA option to increase how much you'll win if you get a non-jackpot prize.
• Add Instant Match for the chance to win a prize there and then as you buy your ticket.
• Decide how many consecutive drawings to enter. You can play your numbers in up to 21 draws.

Jersey Cash 5 costs $2 per play, so the total amount that you pay will depend on how many sets of numbers you enter, how many consecutive draws, and whether you include any of the optional features. Each entry includes the Bullseye feature. It costs $1 more per play to add XTRA, and it is the same for Instant Match.

• Match two winning numbers, and one of those is the Bullseye number.
• Match three winning numbers, and one of those is the Bullseye number.
• Match four winning numbers, and one of those is the Bullseye number.

Odds and Prizes

To win the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot, you need to match all five of the numbers that are drawn. If nobody achieves this, the jackpot rolls over to the following draw and an even larger amount is put up for grabs. There's no limit to how high it can go.

If you miss out on the jackpot, you can still win a prize by matching three or four numbers. The following table shows the estimated payouts and the odds of winning. Prize amounts can differ, as the exact value is always based on ticket sales and the total number of winners at each level.

XTRA Prizes and Odds of Winning

Adding the XTRA option will cost you an additional $1 per play. Match three or four numbers and your prize will be increased by 2X, 3X, 4X or 5X, depending on the result of a separate draw to determine which multiplier is in play. XTRA does not apply to the jackpot prize.
