Second Chance is a promotion run by the New Jersey Lottery which allows members of the VIP Club to re-enter their non-winning tickets in another draw.

Million Dollar Replay
With Million Dollar Replay, you can enter non-winning scratch-offs in the yearly Grand Prize Drawing which offers prizes up to $1 million. Here's what you need to do:
- For each entry you need $10 worth of eligible, non-winning scratch-offs.
- Enter your tickets online.
- Wait for the drawings to take place.
Million Dollar Replay Prizes
If you get to the quarterfinalist drawing, you will win $250 and an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

- Make sure you have an eligible ticket-it must be a $1+ Draw Game.
- Enter your ticket online. For each $1 of the ticket purchase price, you get one symbol.
- Collect six distinct symbols.
- Once you collect six different symbols on one game card, you receive one entry into the next draw.
